
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
• There is a $20.00 non-refundable entry fee.
• Up to TWO (2) artworks may be submitted for consideration.
STEP ONE:
Register and pay your $20.00 entry fee at www.pittsburgh society of artists.com.
STEP TWO:
Email your submission to: Nicole Capozzi at boxheart@boxheartgallery.com
• Submissions, without exception, are to be presented as a digital image and emailed to: Nicole Capozzi at: boxheart@boxheartgallery.com
• Submissions must be less than 5 MB. Accepted file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff
• Label your image files: NAME_TITLE_YEAR.jpg
• Include all artwork information in the body of the email.
• Artist Name
• Artwork Title
• Media
• Total Size (in inches)
• Retail Price
• Year
• Submissions must show the artwork’s finished presentation.
• Framed artwork must be properly crafted, not battered, flimsy, or fragile.
• Submissions will NOT be accepted by mail or in person.
